2. OTC Wart Remover Yanked Because of Burn Risk. An OTC wart remover product has been recalled by its manufacturer after the company learned that its active ingredient calcium oxide can cause severe chemical burns.
3. More Pediatricians Screen for Delays in Development. The percentage of pediatricians who regularly screened young patients for developmental delays such as autism more than doubled over an eight-year period.
